1. Scope of Service

We provide a service to retrieve, organize, and archive your Snapchat memories. By using our service, you agree to the practices described below regarding the handling of your data.

2. Privacy and Storage

• Temporary Storage: Your data is retrieved and stored temporarily on the service provider's secure computer solely for processing your request.
• No Sharing with Third Parties: While the work is being performed, your data is kept strictly confidential and is not shared with anyone.
• Deletion of Data: Once the service is completed, all your personal data (photos, videos, json files) will be safely and permanently deleted from the service provider's computer.
• No Retention: We retain no customer data after the service has ended, with the exception of our mutual communication (e.g., emails, agreements).

3. Handling of Login Information

If you provide login credentials, such as a Google OAuth export file for uploading:

• These credentials are used strictly to upload your data to Google Drive.
• They will be safely deleted immediately after the upload task is finished.

4. Delivery of Your Memories

• Secure Zip File: Your organized memories will be compressed into a Zip file.
• Password Protection: To ensure security, this Zip file will be encrypted with a password.
• Access Link: The file is uploaded to Google Drive, and you will receive a public link to download it.
• Password Delivery: The password required to open the Zip file will be sent to you separately via email or your preferred communication method.

5. Availability for Download

• Time Limit: The Zip file will be available for download for a minimum of two weeks.
• Deletion: After this period, the file will be deleted from cloud storage to ensure your long-term privacy.
